This Privacy Policy explains how LocalGlendale.com ("we", "us") handles information when you visit this Site. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible while operating a useful local guide.
1. Information we collect
- Questions you ask Glenda AI: the text of your prompts is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not store prompts permanently unless needed to operate or improve the service.
- Technical data: standard request information such as approximate location (city/region level), browser type, device, and pages visited, collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
- Contact form: if you email us or use a contact form, we receive the information you provide (name, email, message).
2. Cookies & local storage
We use minimal cookies and browser local storage to remember your accessibility preferences (text size, contrast, etc.) and to keep the Site working. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.
3. Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers for AI responses, weather data, maps, and embedded videos. These providers may set their own cookies and have their own privacy policies:
- AI provider — processes your prompts to generate responses.
- Open-Meteo — supplies weather data without requiring personal data.
